You've probably already caught a glimpse of the chibi version of yours truly on the home screen – quite the cutie, if I do say so myself. But oh, where are my manners? I forgot to properly introduce myself. I'm Risa Iris, or just Risa to my closest confidantes. And guess what? I'm a shapeshifter with a rather unusual origin story.Once upon a time, I was a long-tailed tit bird, navigating the skies and honing my survival skills. Fate took a peculiar turn when, on a snowy day, a mischievous child decided to launch a rock my way. The impact left me unconscious, lying there with no clue of how much time had passed. Footsteps approached, and as my vision blurred, I discerned a tall, handsome figure clad in a black jacket and glasses.Enough with the compliments, AHEM! Fair enough! This benevolent soul, whom I later learned was named Samuel, scooped me up in his warm hands, rescuing me from my feathery predicament. Samuel whisked me away to his luxurious abode, a sprawling condo or perhaps a penthouse. The warmth of his hospitality was as comforting as the plush pillows on his bed, where I made myself quite at home – particularly favoring his side of the pillow for its cozy embrace.Days turned into a week, and Samuel's generosity knew no bounds. I couldn't help but entertain whimsical fantasies of becoming his wife, a notion that played in my mind as I nestled into the warmth of his surroundings. Little did I know, a curious twist awaited me.When Samuel woke up, he was surprised to find a woman in his bed, naked, with wings unfurled. Bewilderment etched across his face, he scanned the room, only to find the bird missing and the woman adorned with bruises. It didn't take long for him to connect the dots. Patiently, he waited for her to awaken, uncertainty etched on his features.When I stirred from my slumber, a wave of surprise washed over me as I realized I could feel and see my hand once more. Initially elated, I believed I had finally returned to my original world. However, confusion quickly set in as I noticed the bed's softness, the peculiar presence of wings, and the oversized shirt draped over me – a garment unfamiliar to my wardrobe.Perplexed, I contemplated whether I found myself in a hospital or some other realm. My surroundings, though, revealed the same apartment where I had previously resided. Across the room, there sat Samuel, perched on a chair, glasses adorning his face as he engrossed himself in a book. His patient demeanor indicated he had been eagerly awaiting my awakening. As I prepared to voice my questions, he gently placed his book and glasses on the table, signaling his attention was now solely on me.Anxiety gripped me as I anticipated his reaction – would he scream, cast me out, or worse, involve the authorities? Instead, he approached me, gently placing his hand on my forehead, and inquired about my well-being. Stammering, I questioned whether he intended to call the police, only to be met with an unexpected response."Why would I do that to my pet?" he uttered with an air of calm assurance. Discomfort settled in as he pushed me back onto the bed, leaning over me. A firm grip on my hair accompanied his audacious proposal – Or do you wan't to be my wife?And so, dear Nestlings, that marks the peculiar chapter of my life entwined with the enigmatic Samuel.

Edits may be made only during the initial sketching and base coloring stages, with a maximum of two revisions in total. Any extra revisions or adjustments after the artwork is completed will incur an additional fee based on the scale of the revision. I will only proceed with additional revisions once the corresponding fee has been settled.I reserve the right to decline revisions related to artistic skills and choices that deviate from my unique artwork style.I do not entertain requests for revisions aimed at "fixing my art," as I specialize in delivering my best work within my distinctive style. Please reconsider if my artistic approach doesn't align with your expectations.Significant revisions are limited to the sketching phase. Any revisions post-sketching are restricted to minor adjustments, such as adding overlooked accessories or making color changes.I cannot be held accountable for any dissatisfaction with elements of the final artwork if no feedback was provided for correction during the revision process.I retain the right to decline revisions related to artistic skills and choices that deviate from my unique artwork style. Requests for revisions aimed at "fix my art" will not be accepted, as I specialize in delivering what I excel at. Updates in the form of work-in-progress sketches will be provided twice: during the sketching phase and the base coloring stage.The usual completion time for each commission is typically within week or one month, but it may extend to a maximum of five months. This variation depends on factors like the queue order, complexity of the commission, personal circumstances, health/weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.I will inform you of any significant delays due to the above-mentioned situations. Unless you reach out first, I will only make contact to update you at the completion of specific stages (after sketching and base coloring).Commissions with specific deadlines will incur a rush fee ranging from 50% to 150% of the total price, based on the urgency of the deadline and the complexity of the request.I will not eccept deadline, which is less the a week.USE
All commissioned artworks are intended solely for personal use.The commissioner is permitted to use the artwork for personal purposes, which include but are not limited to: profiles on social media, wallpapers for phones or computers, and displays on personal websites.A temporary privacy fee of $75 is applicable. This fee allows for the artwork to remain private for a predetermined period as requested by the client, after which the artwork will be made public. I do not agree to permanent privatization of my artwork.For commercial usage, the fee varies from 50% to 300% of the base price, depending on the extent of commercial application.Situations deemed as commercial use include: reproducing and selling the artwork, using the artwork on a platform or medium that generates profit, or for promotional purposes such as YouTube, Twitch, personal websites, business cards, etc.While the characters in the commission may belong to other parties, the copyright of the artwork remains with me. I retain the right to use the artwork for displaying commissions, in portfolios, or for other non-profit purposes.The commissioner is allowed to repost and use the art, provided there is appropriate credit linking back to my social media account.Any form of claiming, editing, modifying, reposting, stealing, tracing, heavily referencing, printing, or unauthorized use of my artworks without permission is strictly prohibited.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I reserve the right to share the commissioned artwork on any of my social media platforms, unless explicitly specified as a private commission.The client is granted the right to post my artwork on their social media accounts, provided proper credit is given.
REFUNDS
I will not refundUnless Refund is only possible if I fail to communicate about delay and unable to complete the artwork within 3 months after payment or 1 month past the agreed deadline.A Refund will be provided if i have not started with your commission ONLY.If the sketch is done then only partial refund will be made.COMMUNICATION
Final artwork files will be delivered through VGen, email or Discord.
